The following notices are issued for informational and procedural purposes. Notices are effective upon posting unless otherwise specified.
Counter Redesignation (Temporary)
Effective immediately, Counter B has been temporarily redesignated as Counter B-2 for administrative purposes. Counter B-2 functions identically to Counter B and is located in the same position.
References to "Counter B" in existing forms, signage, and correspondence remain valid. Patrons should not attempt to locate a separate Counter B-2.
Annual Seal Inspection
The institutional seal will undergo its annual visual and procedural inspection during the week of October 21. Stamping services may experience intermittent availability.
Documents requiring the seal should be submitted before October 18 or held until the inspection concludes. The seal has passed every previous inspection.
Reference Number Format Update
Effective October 1, reference numbers will include an additional digit in the sequence field. Existing reference numbers are not affected and do not require resubmission.
If your reference number appears shorter than expected, it was issued under the previous format and remains valid.
Lobby Access Adjustment
Beginning immediately, the annex service counter will observe a modified access sequence. The lobby bell will be acknowledged following the third audible ring.
Patrons are advised to orient submitted documents toward the northwest corner of the counter surface where practicable.
Paperwork Revision Notice (Form HTC-9B)
Form HTC-9B has been reissued to reflect updated internal classifications.
Prior versions remain acceptable if stamped twice and witnessed by an individual familiar with the building.
Scheduled Ledger Review
Routine ledger review will occur during normal business hours. Temporary delays in counter service may be experienced.
