The following notices are issued for informational and procedural purposes. Notices are effective upon posting unless otherwise specified.
Lobby Access Adjustment
Beginning immediately, the annex service counter will observe a modified access sequence. The lobby bell will be acknowledged following the third audible ring.
Patrons are advised to orient submitted documents toward the northwest corner of the counter surface where practicable.
Paperwork Revision Notice (Form HTC-9B)
Form HTC-9B has been reissued to reflect updated internal classifications.
Prior versions remain acceptable if stamped twice and witnessed by an individual familiar with the building.
Scheduled Ledger Review
Routine ledger review will occur during normal business hours. Temporary delays in counter service may be experienced.
